# Senior Service Transition Manager

OneAdvanced IT Services delivers managed IT, cloud and security services to large enterprise and public sector organisations across the UK, and as our Senior Service Transition Manager, you will make sure every move into our care is smooth, well planned and built to last. You will take services on from previous suppliers and in-house teams, for new customers and for existing customers adding new services. Reporting to our Head of Service Management & Reliability, you will have no direct reports. Instead, you will lead through influence, bringing project, technical, operational and supplier teams together behind one clear plan. This is a hybrid role, based mainly from home, with occasional travel to our Birmingham and York offices and to customer sites across the UK during service take-ons and early life support, typically no more than one night away every other week.
