Come be a part of this journey with us as we champion lives!\nJob Summary\nInfo Security rep is responsible for supporting OneAmerica's Information Security program through application security, vulnerability management, security metrics, reporting, and operational security activities. This role helps protect enterprise information assets by identifying, assessing, reporting, and tracking security risks and vulnerabilities while supporting security governance and operational objectives.\nPrimary duties may include, but are not limited to:\nSupport application security initiatives across the enterprise.\nMaintain and report application security and vulnerability management metrics.\nDevelop, maintain and distribute security dashboards and reporting for leadership and stakeholders.\nMonitor security findings and coordinate remediation tracking activities.\nSupport security assessments, reviews, and risk identification efforts.\nCollaborate with technology, engineering, and business teams to improve security posture.\nAssist with security governance, compliance, and operational security activities.\nParticipate in continuous improvement of security processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.\nJob Requirements\nRequired Education:\nBachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nRecommended Education and/or Certifications\nSecurity+\nCISSP (or progress toward certification)\nGIAC certifications\nOther security-related certifications\nRequired Work Experience\nInformation security, cybersecurity, application security, vulnerability management, risk management, or related technology experience.\nExperience working with security tools, metrics, reporting, and security operations processes.\nOr any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background\nSalary Grade: 4C\nThis selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.
