Come be a part of this journey with us as we champion lives!\nJob Summary\nSoftware Test Analyst Lead is responsible for improving the skills of each member of the competency through technical leadership and active mentoring. This is done by evangelizing best practices and constantly evaluating and implementing new practices, tools, and technologies that improve efficiency and effectiveness of their competency.\nThe Lead has the responsibility of providing tactical leadership in regard to software testing best practices. To this end, the Practice Lead must continuously be researching industry trends and translating them to action items for the competency team members to learn and implement.\nPrimary duties may include, but are not limited to:\nRepresenting the SQA community on various governance committees\nWork with delivery teams to pilot new practices\nEvaluating implementation of best practices\nFacilitating knowledge transfer forums\nParticipate in industry forums\nTroubleshoot when project deliverables are delayed or do not meet quality standards, providing an assessment on procedural or other changes necessary to improve consistent delivery of solutions on-time and within quality standards\nHave good knowledge on the SDLC phases of the project and have prior experience of performing peer reviews\nCollaborate with other competency Practice Leads to bring about improved cross-functional delivery patterns\nRequired Education/Experience:\nBachelor's Degree or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent backgroundBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline recommended\n\n10+ years of experience creating and managing software quality deliverables, processes, and tools\nMaster knowledge of software testing methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools\nSuperb communication and mentoring skills with the ability to connect with members of the Software Quality Assurance community\nAbility to design and implement best practices and design patterns for software engineering in testing\nExperience implementing and maintaining automated testing frameworks\nStrong organizational skills, tracking multiple test executions simultaneously and able to synthesize the results\nStrong knowledge of Agile or Scrum development methodologies\nSalary Band: 7B\nThis selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.
