Onebeat helps retailers improve inventory decisions and business performance. We are looking for an experienced implementation and delivery professional with deep fashion and apparel retail expertise to manage customer software implementation projects from discovery and scoping through go-live, stabilization, and adoption.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role with direct accountability for project execution and delivery. You will turn business requirements into actionable software implementation plans, coordinate customer and internal teams, resolve blockers, and drive milestones to completion. Success is measured by implementations delivered within the agreed scope, on time, to quality standards, and aligned with business outcomes.

The role requires both strong fashion retail knowledge and proven experience delivering software implementations. You should be comfortable discussing retail processes with business stakeholders and working with Product and technical teams to translate those processes into a working solution.

Reporting to the Regional Director of Customer Success & Delivery, you will work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure a clear transition from agreed customer requirements to successful implementation and daily use.

You will spend about 50% of your time at customer sites, leading workshops, coordinating implementation activities, and supporting testing, training, and go-live.

What You Will Do

• Own day-to-day delivery of retail software implementations, from discovery and kickoff through configuration, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization.
• Build and manage project plans covering scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, resource needs, and acceptance criteria. Track progress and hold stakeholders accountable for commitments.
• Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, manage scope changes, and drive decisions. Escalate issues early with clear options and recovery plans.
• Lead customer and internal project meetings, maintain action and decision tracking, and communicate progress, risks, and next steps clearly.
• Support the handoff from Sales to implementation by validating requirements, delivery assumptions, scope, and customer expectations.
• Understand customers’ planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment, and inventory processes; translate them into functional requirements, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Product to validate capabilities, address functional gaps, and align delivery dependencies.
• Coordinate technical teams on data mapping, migration, integrations, and validation. Support functional configuration and validate software outputs against real retail scenarios.
• Own readiness for user acceptance testing, training, and go-live. Drive issue resolution, customer sign-off, post-launch stabilization, and adoption within daily planning and inventory workflows.
• Lead on-site implementation activities and work directly with customer teams to resolve issues and prepare for key project milestones.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure a structured handover to Customer Success and Support.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Strong, proven software implementation and delivery experience is essential. You have personally managed complex retail software projects through go-live and can demonstrate ownership of plans, timelines, dependencies, issue resolution, and customer acceptance.
• Deep expertise in fashion and apparel retail is essential, gained through merchandise planning, allocation, replenishment, inventory management, or hands-on retail technology delivery.
• A track record of driving execution across customer, product, and technical teams, following through on commitments, and recovering projects when delivery is at risk.
• Strong working knowledge of retail planning and inventory platforms and their connections with merchandising, ERP, and other retail systems.
• A solid understanding of assortment planning, allocation, replenishment, and inventory management, including fashion-specific considerations such as seasonality, size and color, markdowns, and inventory productivity.
• Experience working directly with customers on software requirements, implementation, testing, training, and adoption, with the ability to manage expectations and drive decisions.
• The ability to independently manage delivery as an individual contributor, coordinate multiple workstreams, and make practical decisions with limited supervision.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Experience That Would Be Especially Valuable

• A background combining in-house retail planning or merchandising with software implementation delivery at a retail technology provider or consulting firm.
• Experience supporting omnichannel or multi-brand fashion retail operations.
• Familiarity with merchandise financial planning, open-to-buy, and demand forecasting.
• Experience working with international customers and distributed project teams.
