The omission of an essential function does not preclude management from assigning duties not listed herein if such functions are a logical assignment to the position.\nCreates and maintains project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time requirements, establishing deadlines, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project product/service lifecycle\nAnalyzes all business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment and serve as liaison between customers and development teams during the initial phase of projects\nGathers, documents, and, analyzes application requirements, conducts application analysis, and participates in functional application design to meet the needs of the business\nFacilitate meetings with internal subject matter experts and external business partners/vendors\nCreates detailed technical specifications, process models, data mappings and data models for development of new or modifications to existing products.\nQualifications\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.\nEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE\nBachelor’s degrees in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field from an accredited college or university; supplemented by five (5) years of experience in the areas of development, implementation, systems integration and technical business analysis or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.\nCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND DESIGNATIONS:\nInternational Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certification or Six Sigma certification preferred.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES\nAbility to analyze and document complex business processes\nAbility to make effective decisions under pressure\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills\nAbility to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms to customers and staff\nSolid mathematical aptitude and effective project management skills\nAbility to lead discovery sessions through excellent communication and facilitation skills\nSkill in Microsoft Office applications\nAbility to take ownership and provide coordination for tasks related to implementation to test and production.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
