Today, our journey includes teams members from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Canada, North Macedonia, Kosovo, and Pakistan\n\nOpis poslaRoles and Responsibilities\nDesign, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and robust IT infrastructure.\nMonitor and troubleshoot performance issues across firewalls, routers, switches, wireless equipment, and cloud environments.\nResearch and implement advanced security tools to safeguard on-premises and cloud systems.\nEnsure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA and NIST.\nCollaborate with IT, data security, and leadership teams to align infrastructure strategies with business goals.\nMentor IT staff and provide guidance on system enhancements and implementations.\nLead incident response efforts and perform root cause analysis for critical issues.\nEvaluate emerging technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.\nManage modernization projects focusing on system performance and network scalability.\nCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation and diagrams for IT systems and solutions.\n\nKvalifikacijeBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n10+ years of experience in a Network Infrastructure Architect or a related role.\nCisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent (required).\nAdditional certifications in security or cloud architecture (preferred).\nProficiency in Cisco networking technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.\nAdvanced knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), VLANs, VPNs, wireless networks, SD-WAN, and MPLS.\nExpertise in network security tools, including SASE (e.g., Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), SIEM, and vulnerability management solutions.\nHigh level knowledge and experience with Office365, VMware platforms (vSAN, vCenter), and Microsoft Azure Cloud.\nStrong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Ethernet, wireless standards, and LAN/WAN technologies.\nProven experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and management.\nExperience with cloud calling and collaboration tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams Phone.\nFamiliarity with performance monitoring tools and disaster recovery planning.\nEffective communication and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.\n\nDodatne informacijeWhat We Offer\n100% Remote Work, Hiring from: North Macedonia, Albania, Bosnia, Kosovo, and Brazil.\nPaid Overtime as needed\nOpportunity To Learn & Develop New Skills\nAn Open & Collaborative Work Environment\nGenerous Compensation based on Industry Standards + Benefits\nWorking Hours: 9am -
