expertise in WebRTC: ICE, DTLS, SRTP, SDP, simulcast, SVC.\nHands-on experience with SFU frameworks: LiveKit, mediasoup, Janus, or Jitsi.\nDeep understanding of video/audio codecs: H. 264 VP9 AV1 Opus (including bitrate tuning).\nExperience with NVIDIA NVENC hardware encoding.\nProficiency in GStreamer or FFmpeg pipeline development.\nStrong knowledge of audio/video synchronisation, jitter buffers, and packet recovery.\nExperience with TURN/STUN servers and NAT traversal.\nHands-on experience with AWS (EC2 GPU instances, VPC, Elastic IP setup).\nProgramming expertise in Go, Rust, C++, or async Python.\nProven experience delivering sub-second latency systems in production.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nExperience with CUDA-based video pipelines.\nBackground in video conferencing, live streaming, or cloud gaming systems.\nFamiliarity with ML inference serving: Triton, vLLM, ONNX.\nExperience with container orchestration: ECS or Kubernetes (GPU workloads).\nContributions to open-source projects such as LiveKit, FFmpeg, mediasoup, or Pion.\nSkills\nFFmpeg, GStreamer, Janus, Jitsi, LiveKit, SFU, WebRTC,
