# Junior Desktop and Network Support Technician

About You Are you the person everyone calls when the Wi-Fi throws a tantrum or a computer decides to call it quits? We're looking for a tech-savvy, organised and hands-on IT Support Technician to join our OneDayOnly IT team. You'll be the go-to person for our employees, keeping our Service Desk on track, tackling everyday tech gremlins and making sure our warehouse and office teams have the support they need to keep things running smoothly. From setting up laptops and troubleshooting network issues to getting involved in CCTV installations, cabling and IT projects, no two days will look quite the same. You'll manage support tickets, keep our IT equipment in check and get stuck into everything from desktop support to infrastructure maintenance.
