These appointments will then be given to a sales producer for follow up and closing.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):\nIdentifies and helps to develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers\nAttends networking events and association activities \nConducts high-level business conversations with C-suite executives/decision makers\nSuccessfully meets and/or exceeds monthly or quarterly appointment setting goals\nAssists with driving attendance at area marketing and sales events\nAssists in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers\nForecasts and provides detailed feedback on each call made\nCollects, enters, and maintains accurate data in CRM\nConsistently utilizes “Activities” in CRM\nSupports company-wide PR, marketing and sales initiatives\nQualifications, Skills and Requirements:\nMust possess the ability to forecast opportunities and penetrate new business on a daily basis\nAbility to conduct a high volume of warm and cold sales calls daily\nHave a passion for social marketing technology\nMust possess excellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment\nMust possess strong organizational skills\nBe a motivated, highly tenacious self-starter\nEducation, Training and Experience:\n2+ years’ experience working in a sales organization, preferred\n1+ year of high volume outbound phone sales experience, preferred\nOutbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience, preferred\nFamiliarity with database applications, Microsoft Office, and contact management tools, preferred\nBachelor’s degree, preferred\nInsurance industry experience, a plus\nOther:\nLicense not required\nThe typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $28 to $30per hour.\nYour base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
