Fresh thinking has always been the core of OneDigital’s vision and growth strategy. It’s how we stand out in our industry, it’s how we stay competitive and resilient in a changing world. Most importantly, our innovative approach is helping more people do their best work and live their best lives. Innovation fuels our employee experience by making it easier to do your best work anytime, anywhere and from any device. And our tech-based products for clients are a game changer in our industry. If you thrive on change and innovation, OneDigital is the career choice for you.\nOur Newest Opportunity:\nSummary\nThe Product Adoption & Enablement Manager drives the adoption of every product OneDigital builds and launches. This role is the dedicated adoption and enablement partner to our Product Managers, owning the rollout planning, communication, coordination, and champion-network mechanics that turn a release into real usage, so Product Managers can stay focused on product strategy and delivery.\nThe role works across the full suite of applications supported and launched by the Product team, including applications added to the portfolio over time. It is embedded in how the Product team operates, plugged into roadmaps and the operating rhythm closely enough to know what is coming, where each initiative sits in the rollout lifecycle, who is impacted, and what the communication, training, and enablement motion needs to look like. It is involved early enough to own adoption and enablement strategy across the portfolio proactively, rather than receiving a finished release and reacting to it.\nWhile accountable for building and executing structured rollout and adoption plans and for surfacing actionable insights, this role partners with Product Managers and business leaders, who retain accountability for KPIs and business results. The role exists to support the Product Management team, not to substitute for it. Product Managers remain accountable for ensuring their applications have the functionality and usability users need. This role is accountable for ensuring users know how to use each application, understand what it can and cannot do today, are getting the most out of what exists right now, and are encouraged toward adoption overall.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nPortfolio Visibility & Adoption Strategy\nParticipate in the Product team's operating rhythm, including roadmap reviews, planning and prioritization discussions, and release readiness checkpoints, as a standing member of the team rather than an occasional invitee.\nMaintain a forward view of the portfolio: what is coming, on what timeline, where each initiative sits in the rollout lifecycle, and which audiences are affected.\nOwn the adoption and enablement strategy across the portfolio, determining the communication, training, and enablement motion each initiative warrants, and sequencing that work across applications.\nEngage upstream, while releases are still being shaped, so adoption and enablement needs inform rollout timing, sequencing, and readiness rather than being addressed after the fact.\nAssess change impact early: who is affected, how significant the change is for them, and what level of support it warrants.\nCoordinate with L&D to ensure users know how to use each application and understand its current capabilities and limitations. Where adoption is constrained by missing functionality or usability problems, surface it clearly to the responsible Product Manager, who owns remediation.\nRemove adoption and enablement planning from each Product Manager's individual workload, replacing it with one consistent approach applied across the portfolio.\nUser Release Communication\nOwn the drafting, publishing, and sending of release notes and platform updates to the user base across all Product-supported applications.\nTranslate technical and product inputs from Product Managers into clear, user-facing language that explains what changed, why it matters, and what the user needs to do.\nOwn messaging consistency for release notes and platform updates; define and maintain the templates, cadence, tone, and quality standards so communication is consistent across applications.\nManage the release communication calendar, sequencing updates across applications to avoid overloading shared audiences.\nPartner with Marketing and Communications, where required, on enterprise-wide message consistency across every channel, including larger company-wide communication initiatives where a release requires broader reach than the standard user channels.\nRollout Planning & Coordination\nDevelop tailored rollout plans for each initiative, flexing the approach to the size, audience, and complexity of the product or feature, based on an underlying repeatable framework those plans draw from.\nAlign rollout plans with business objectives through close engagement with business stakeholders, so each rollout is tied to what the business is trying to achieve.\nOrchestrate delivery across contributing teams to support application and functionality rollouts.\nCoordinate with the L&D team to schedule and stand up training support tied to releases, including where a rollout plan calls for tailored or audience-specific training.\nCoordinate with Marketing to promote enablement content such as success stories and customer proof points.\nGuide and partner with L&D and Marketing, where required, on their workstreams, including training, enablement, and messaging, to align with the strategic adoption plan.\nTrack rollout dependencies, timelines, and handoffs, and keep Product Managers and contributing teams aligned on who owns what and by when.\nFlag coordination risks and blockers early so Product Managers can adjust rollout timing or sequencing.\nChampion Network Governance Support\nSupport the governance of the champion network across the product portfolio.\nHelp Product Managers formalize how champions are recruited, trained, and activated.\nMaintain the operating mechanics of the network, including rosters, onboarding, communication rhythms, and activation playbooks, so Product Managers are not rebuilding the process for each launch.\nServe as a consistent point of contact for champions and route their questions and feedback to the right Product Manager or team.\nAdoption Support\nMonitor and interpret utilization metrics and adoption statistics across supported applications using existing reporting and dashboards.\nSurface insights and patterns, including where adoption is lagging, which segments are stalling, and what is working, rather than reporting raw numbers.\nPartner with Product Managers to develop and refine strategies to increase adoption based on what the data shows.\nRecommend additional metrics worth tracking where current reporting does not answer the adoption questions Product Managers need answered.\nClose the loop after launches by capturing what drove adoption and feeding those learnings into the next rollout plan.\nQualifications, Skills and Requirements\nProduct communications capability is a priority: demonstrated ability to take a release or a new capability and turn it into clear, engaging communication for the end user, not simply announcing that something launched, but creating genuine interest in it and articulating plainly why it matters to the person using it.\nStrong writer, able to take technical product input and produce clear, concise, user-facing communication with minimal editing. Writes with energy as well as accuracy, so communication leaves users wanting to try what shipped rather than merely informed that it exists.\nUnderstands how Product teams operate, including roadmaps, release cycles, and prioritization trade-offs, and is comfortable being embedded in that rhythm rather than briefed from outside it.\nStrategic thinker with the ability to flex rollout plans and approaches based on product size, audience, and complexity.\nDemonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional delivery across teams they do not manage.\nComfortable working with usage and adoption data; able to read dashboards, spot trends, and translate them into recommendations.\nExceptional relationship-building skills across business stakeholders, regional leaders, and frontline users.\nHighly organized; able to run multiple concurrent rollouts across multiple applications without dropping details.\nNimble and adaptive; thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.\nHuman-centered mindset: keeps employees and clients at the heart of adoption planning.\nEducation, Training and Experience\n4-8 years in product marketing, product operations, adoption/enablement, technical communication, or a comparable role supporting product teams.\nDemonstrated product communications experience, including translating releases and new capabilities into user-facing communication.\nExperience working closely with Product teams and being embedded in their roadmap, release, and prioritization rhythm.\nPrevious experience working in or alongside Product teams to coordinate multi-channel rollouts.\nExperience building or running a champion, super-user, or ambassador network is a strong plus.\nStrong preference for experience in insurance, benefits, or financial services; exposure to SaaS and digital transformation environments is an advantage.\nYour base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location.
