This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys supporting both clients and internal teams.\nPosition Details:\nFull-time, approximately 40 hours per week\nSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM\nFully in-office position (no remote work)\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as first point of contact by greeting visitors and answering/directing phone calls\nProvide excellent customer service to clients and internal team members\nSupport Account Managers with client needs, data entry, and administrative tasks\nCoordinate conference room scheduling, meeting setup, and clean-up (including food ordering as needed)\nMaintain office supplies (inventory, ordering, and distribution)\nMaintain office security procedures\nSupport basic insurance related tasks (training provided)\nProvide occasional backup support to other branch locations (Princeton, Foley, Cambridge)\nQualifications, Skills and Requirements:\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills\nProfessional attitude and appearance\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a team\nComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nAble to maintain confidentiality\nEducation, Training and Experience:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nPrevious receptionist or administrative experience preferred\nPrior insurance experience is a plus but not required\nThe typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $18 to $20per hour.\nYour base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
