You have shipped something end to end\n\nYou understand data models and relations well enough to pick up a large existing codebase and figure out how it works\n\nA proven habit of using AI in your development workflow, with concrete examples of what you produced with it\n\nNative Romanian, conversational English - you can hold a professional conversation with a client and write clearly\n\nProactive and honest. You follow through, you ask when stuck, you do not go quiet\n\nCoachable. You take feedback on your output without taking it personally, and you change your approach\n\nFull-time and exclusive.
