The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with extensive experience managing federal programs, ensuring contract compliance, driving operational performance, and building strong customer relationships.\nThis position requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a thorough understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), government contract management, and program delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the execution and overall management of multiple federal government contracts.\nServe as the primary point of contact for government customers and contracting officers.\nEnsure contractual compliance with FAR, agency regulations, and company policies.\nManage program budgets, schedules, staffing, risk, and overall performance.\nDevelop and implement program management strategies that improve efficiency and mission outcomes.\nMonitor contract performance metrics and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate program risks while implementing corrective actions when necessary.\nLead cross-functional teams including project managers, technical staff, subcontractors, and corporate support personnel.\nOversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.\nSupport business development efforts, including proposal reviews, transition planning, and capture activities.\nPrepare executive-level reports, briefings, and program status updates for internal leadership and government stakeholders.\nFoster strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for growth within existing contracts.\nPromote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\nMinimum of 10 years of progressive program management experience supporting U.S. Federal Government contracts.\nDemonstrated experience managing multiple federal contracts simultaneously.\nStrong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government contracting processes.\nExperience managing contract performance, compliance, staffing, and financial oversight.\nProven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.\nOutstanding communication, leadership, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.\nActive U.S. Government Security Clearance.\nExperience supporting multiple federal civilian agencies and/or Department of Defense customers.\nExperience with contract transitions, capture support, and business development.\nMaster's degree in a related discipline.\nAbout One Federal Solution:\nOne Federal Solution (OFS) is an innovative Professional Services provider with over 20 years of experience supporting Defense and Civilian agencies.
