This PM will drive the roadmap for identity, onboarding, engagement, and conversion funnels, ensuring members can effortlessly register, schedule, and complete their imaging exams. This is a high-impact, growth-oriented IC role responsible for increasing registration rates, improving funnel performance, and boosting completion rates across the member experience.\nReporting to the Director of Product, you will partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Design, Data, Member Services, and Customer Support to create a seamless, intuitive, and conversion-optimized experience that drives measurable business outcomes.\nWhat you'll do:\nOwn and optimize the end-to-end member engagement and activation roadmap, including login, registration, onboarding, identity flows, member home, and profile management.\nBuild intuitive, frictionless experiences that improve registration rate, increase order initiation, and boost exam completion.\nDesign and execute rigorous A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to identify improvements across the funnel, from first touch to order completion and follow-through.\nPartner closely with Marketing and Growth to ensure cohesive messaging, personalized journeys, and high-performing acquisition-to-activation handoffs.\nWork tightly with Engineering, Design, and Data to ship high-quality product experiences with clear requirements, strong technical understanding, and crisp execution.\nLeverage analytics tools (Amplitude, Looker, SQL) to develop insights, diagnose friction points, and uncover opportunities to increase funnel efficiency and retention.\nContribute to scheduling and payments-related enhancements that improve the overall member journey and reduce drop-off, even if not part of your core scope.\nRepresent engagement performance, insights, roadmap, and experiments to leadership with clarity, data rigor, and a deep understanding of member behavior.\nLead stakeholder alignment across Marketing, Growth, Member Services, Provider Ops, and Operations, ensuring cross-functional clarity and strong roadmap buy-in.\nChampion the voice of the member by running research, usability sessions, and journey mapping to drive thoughtful, human-centered improvements.\nAbout you:\n5-8+ years of product management experience, ideally within growth, consumer engagement, or funnel optimization roles.\nProven ability to meaningfully improve funnel performance-registration, activation, conversion, and completion-through experimentation and data-driven decision-making.\nHands-on experience with SQL and modern analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or GA.\nStrong background in A/B testing, hypothesis design, statistical thinking, and rapid iteration loops.\nDeep comfort in discovering friction across identity, onboarding, login/registration, and member engagement flows and turning insights into prioritizable product work.\nExceptional stakeholder management skills; able to influence cross-functional partners and drive alignment across Marketing, Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations.\nExperience with scheduling, appointment booking, or payments flows is a plus.\nStrong consumer instincts and a passion for building simple, elegant experiences that reduce friction and drive measurable business results.\nComfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with a bias toward action, impact, and collaboration.\nThe base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000. Individual compensation will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, experience, location, and applicable laws.
