and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.\nBuild secure, scalable, and reliable REST APIs.\nDevelop and improve business-critical backend workflows.\nWork on real-time and high-volume data-processing systems.\nImprove application performance, reliability, and maintainability.\nIdentify and resolve production issues through structured root-cause analysis.\nOptimize database queries, indexes, and data-access patterns.\nWork with multithreading, asynchronous processing, scheduled jobs, and background services.\nIntegrate backend applications with internal systems and third-party services.\nReview existing code and safely improve legacy modules.\nParticipate in technical design discussions and architecture decisions.\nConduct code reviews and support junior and mid-level developers.\nWrite technical documentation for important modules, APIs, and workflows.\nCollaborate with mobile, web, QA, product, support, operations, and infrastructure teams.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong hands-on experience with Java.\nStrong knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data.\nExperience designing and developing REST APIs.\nStrong understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles.\nExperience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.\nStrong SQL and database query optimization skills.\nUnderstanding of multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming.\nExperience working with production applications.\nGood understanding of application performance and debugging.\nExperience with Git and Maven or Gradle.\nFamiliarity with Linux-based environments.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to take end-to-end ownership of assigned modules and projects.\nA strong problem-solver who can independently investigate technical issues.\nSomeone who takes ownership and follows problems through to resolution.\nSomeone comfortable working on both new development and existing systems.\nSomeone who values code quality, reliability, security, and maintainability.\nSomeone who can understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nSomeone who communicates clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nSomeone willing to learn and work across different parts of the technology platform.\n\nPreferred Skills: \nExperience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.\nUnderstanding of distributed systems and scalable application architecture.\nExperience with caching and messaging technologies such as Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.\nKnowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.\nUnderstanding of load balancing, reverse proxies, and application deployment.\nExperience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.\nFamiliarity with TCP/IP, socket programming, or network-based applications.\nPrevious experience in GPS tracking, IoT, telematics, mobility, logistics, or connected-device
