From month-end close to audit readiness, your work creates the foundation for financial discipline and operational confidence.\nThis role also connects closely with teams across finance, operations, and leadership. You’ll help translate accounting data into insights, improve how processes run, and ensure we’re set up to support a growing, technology-driven business. Your influence extends beyond accounting-you’ll help strengthen how the entire organization plans and performs.\nWhat You'll Do:\nOwn the close and reporting cycle\nLead month-end and year-end close processes with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and timeliness\nPrepare and review journal entries across assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses\nEnsure financial statements reflect a complete and accurate view of the business\nLead and develop the accounting team\nMentor and support accounting staff, setting clear expectations and raising the bar on quality\nCreate structure and accountability within the team while encouraging growth and ownership\nServe as a go-to resource for complex accounting questions and decisions\nStrengthen financial accuracy and controls\nMaintain integrity across the general ledger, reconciliations, and subsidiary ledgers\nIdentify and resolve discrepancies proactively\nEnsure compliance with accounting principles, internal policies, and audit requirements\nPartner across the business\nCollaborate with finance leadership and operations teams to align reporting with business needs\nSupport external auditors and tax partners by delivering clean, well-organized documentation\nTranslate financial data into insights that help teams make better decisions\nImprove processes and scalability\nIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort\nImplement improvements that make reporting faster, clearer, and more reliable\nHelp evolve accounting practices to support a tech-enabled, growing organization\nWhat You'll Need:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field\n5+ years of experience in accounting, including leadership or supervisory responsibility\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices\nCPA strongly preferred\nExperience with enterprise accounting systems (Workday experience a plus)\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel\nStrong analytical thinking and attention to detail\nAbility to lead work and collaborate effectively across teams\nFuture-Ready Skills (Nice to Have):\nExperience improving accounting workflows through automation or AI-enabled tools\nFamiliarity with integrated financial and operational reporting in digital or services organizations\nExposure to ERP optimization or system implementations\nExperience supporting private equity-backed or high-growth environments\nComfort working with data visualization or reporting tools alongside finance systems\nExperience in integrated marketing, digital agency, marketing services, or consulting environments preferred.\nBenefits\nWe believe great work happens when people have the support and flexibility they need to thrive.
