implementation of technical solutions that meet client needs.\n\nSolution Design:\nWork with Solution Architects to implement finalized architecture designs that consider scalability, security, and performance.\n\nEnsure the designs are executed effectively to meet client and business expectations.\n\nTechnical Expertise:\nApplication & API Development: Guide the technical design and delivery of .NET web applications and RESTful APIs, ensuring adherence to microservices architecture and established design patterns (Dependency Injection, Repository pattern), while maintaining a consistent track record of on-time, high-quality delivery.\nCloud-Native Development & DevOps: Oversee containerization strategy (Docker) and cloud deployment across GCP (primary) and Azure, and drive the build-out and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.\nApplication Security: Ensure the team follows secure coding practices against common vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10), enforces standards-based authentication/authorization (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT), and proactively monitors/remediates vulnerabilities in dependencies and third-party packages.\nData Management: Direct database schema design and query optimization to support application data needs, ensuring performance, integrity, and scalability across transactional and reporting use cases.\nTesting & Quality Assurance: Champion a culture of automated testing (unit/integration) and rigorous code review, ensuring consistent troubleshooting and validation practices throughout the development lifecycle.\nCompliance & Governance: Ensure application development aligns with applicable compliance and data protection requirements, embedding these considerations into the team's standard practices.\nCross-Functional Collaboration:\nCoordinate with developers, engineers, product owners, and quality assurance professionals to deliver efficient and high-quality solutions.\n\nEnsure the application is kept up to datewith the latest technology standards and free from security vulnerabilities.\n\nApplication Wellness:\nEnsure applications are regularly scanned for security issues, kept current with updates, and optimizedfor performance.\n\nDocumentation:\n\nBuild and maintaintechnical documentation for all managed applicationsand keep Confluence pages updated.\n\nWork collaboratively to maintainan accurateand up-to-date application catalog.\n\nTeam Evaluation and Development:\nConduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one meetings with engineers.\n\nIdentifytraining and development opportunities to foster a high-performing and motivated engineering team.\n\nStatus Updates:\nProvide weekly updates on project status, team performance, and any critical issues or escalations to Senior Engineering Managers.\n\nEnsure transparency and effective communication with both internal teams and clients.\n\nKeyCompetencies:\nTechnical Solution Management:\nProven experience in managing technical solutions, systems architecture, or a related field.\n\nCommunication and Presentation:\nEffective communicationskills for effectively presenting ideas and updates to both technical teams and clients.\n\nProblem-Solving and Critical Thinking:\nAbility to assess complex challenges and develop practical, efficient solutions.\n\nProject Management Knowledge:\nFamiliarity with project management principles, with relevant certifications being an added advantage.\n\nTechnology Selection:\nEvaluate and select the best technologies, tools, and vendors to support the needs of client projects.\n\nQuality Assurance:\nOversee and participatein quality assurance processes, ensuring that solutions meet performance, security, and reliability
