processes.\nMaintain planning models, assumptions, and forecast scenarios.\nMonitor financial and operational performance metrics.\nPartner with local business leaders to identify cost optimization opportunities.\nDevelop financial models to evaluate business initiatives and strategic alternatives.\nConduct ad hoc analysis supporting Finance leadership.\nPartner with the Enterprise BI & Analytics team to improve planning-related reporting and insights.\nUtilize AI and emerging technologies to improve planning effectiveness and productivity.\nWhat Success Looks Like in 12 Months\nBudgets and forecasts are delivered accurately and on schedule.\nBusiness leaders have improved visibility into financial performance.\nCost optimization opportunities are proactively identified and quantified.\nPlanning processes are more efficient, scalable, and data-driven.\nRequired Qualifications\n4-7 years of FP&A, corporate finance, business finance, or financial modeling experience.\nStrong financial modeling and scenario analysis capabilities.\nExperience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.\nAdvanced Excel skills and strong analytical thinking.\nExposure to Power BI, data visualization, and modern reporting technologies.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting operational leaders or business units.\nExperience with Adaptive Planning or other EPM platforms.\nCPA, CA, CMA, CFA, or MBA.\nExperience leveraging AI tools to improve analysis, forecasting, planning workflows, or decision support.\nDemonstrated ability to use technology and automation to improve planning processes, generate insights more efficiently, and support data-driven decision-making.\n• Exposure to Power BI, data visualization, and modern reporting
