By aligning learning initiatives with business goals, this role plays a critical part in driving performance and enabling the company to adapt and compete in a changing environment.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nBuild a Learning Strategy That Drives Performance\nTranslate business priorities into focused learning initiatives that improve capability and execution\nIdentify skill gaps using performance data, engagement insights, and stakeholder input\nPartner with HR, leadership, and functional teams to align learning with real business needs\nDesign and Deliver High-Impact Programs\nCreate and deliver training programs, workshops, and leadership development experiences that stick\nBlend internal expertise with external partners to bring the right capabilities to the organization\nManage learning systems and maintain accurate training data and reporting\nTrack program effectiveness using metrics, feedback, and performance outcomes\nDefine Career Pathing and Capability Growth\nBuild and evolve career paths that clarify progression across roles and disciplines\nEmbed the competency model into development frameworks, role expectations, and growth plans\nEquip managers with tools and guidance to lead effective career and development conversations\nStrengthen Performance and Development Alignment\nPartner with HR and leadership to refine performance frameworks and rating approaches\nSupport calibration processes to improve consistency and clarity across teams\nShift performance conversations toward growth, development, and measurable outcomes\nWhat You'll Need:\nComfort leading change initiatives that reshape how teams operate, collaborate, and deliver value\nFamiliarity with skills-based organizations, competency frameworks, or dynamic career pathing models\nStrong understanding of how agency teams operate and how capability gaps show up in client work\nDemonstrated expertise in crafting development programs that improve client outcomes (e.g., campaign execution, digital delivery, CRM programs, analytics maturity)\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field\n5+ years of experience in learning and development, training, or talent management\nExperience with learning management systems (LMS); familiarity with Workday is a plus\nFuture-Ready Skills:\nExperience incorporating AI into learning design (e.g., AI-generated content, adaptive learning, personalized learning paths)\nExperience building scalable, digital-first learning programs in a services-based or agency environment\nExposure to upskilling teams in emerging areas like AI, data, and digital marketing capabilities\nExperience in integrated marketing, digital agency, marketing services, or consulting environments preferred.\nBenefits\nWe believe great work happens when people have the support and flexibility they need to thrive.
