It also offers significant opportunities to modernize existing capabilities through AI, automation, and advanced analytics.\nResponsibilities\n1. Lead Monthly Production Planning & Performance Management\nEstablish monthly production targets for Applications, Loans, and New Money, incorporating seasonality estimates, recent business trends, planned initiatives, and management overlays. Communicate and cascade aligned targets and assumptions to stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Credit. \nMonitor intra-month production performance, diagnose key drivers of variance, and partner across functions to identify emerging risks, opportunities, and potential corrective actions. \nLead mid-month and month-end performance reviews, providing senior management with clear insights into results, underlying drivers, changes in outlook, and performance against targets. \n2. Lead Annual Budgeting & Quarterly Reforecasting\nDevelop annual budgets and quarterly production forecasts for Applications, Loans, Average Loan Size, and New Money, incorporating seasonality, recent trends, strategic initiatives, and evolving business conditions. \nPartner closely with Marketing, Credit, Operations, and Finance to align assumptions, critically evaluate inputs, and translate business strategies into credible, actionable production forecasts. \nBuild New Money walks and driver-based analyses that explain changes in the production outlook, quantify the impact of key assumptions, and deliver a clear, compelling narrative to senior leadership. \n3. Executive Reporting & Business Intelligence\nLead the Competitive Intelligence reporting package, synthesizing affiliate performance, market data, competitor earnings, industry trends, and relevant developments into actionable insights for senior management. \nTrack and analyze marketing unit economics and customer acquisition costs, identifying meaningful changes, emerging trends, and opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and business performance. \nDevelop executive-ready reporting and ad hoc analyses, translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations that inform strategic and operational decisions. \n4.
