Our AI initiatives are central to delivering smarter, faster, and more personalized financial solutions.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a Director, Workforce AI Enablement to lead enterprise adoption of approved AI capabilities and help departments achieve measurable improvements in productivity, work quality, and operational effectiveness.\nReporting to the Head of GenAI Product Strategy, this hands-on leadership role will define and scale OneMain's workforce AI enablement strategy, leading AI Solutions Consultants and partnering across the enterprise to identify opportunities, drive adoption, and deliver meaningful business outcomes.\nThe ideal candidate can translate business workflows into practical AI solutions, lead organizational change, and deliver measurable results. Success in this role requires the ability to influence without authority, navigate ambiguity, build alignment across stakeholders, and drive transformation in a highly collaborative enterprise environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead workforce AI enablement strategy, roadmap, and enterprise adoption initiatives.\nPartner across business, technology, and control functions to identify opportunities, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable business outcomes.\nEstablish and manage a scalable intake, prioritization, and engagement model for departmental AI initiatives.\nLead and develop AI Solutions Consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery, effective stakeholder engagement, and business value capture.\nGuide workflow assessments, implementation planning, onboarding, adoption, and continuous improvement activities.\nDefine business cases, success metrics, benefit-tracking approaches, and value realization plans with business and Finance partners.\nDevelop role-based learning programs, champion networks, and reusable guidance that accelerate employee adoption.\nPartner with AI platform, Engineering, and governance teams to ensure responsible, compliant, and effective AI usage.\nMeasure adoption, productivity gains, work quality improvements, and employee outcomes to continuously enhance the enablement program.\nEvaluate emerging AI capabilities and translate innovations into practical business guidance and scalable solutions.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.\n10+ years of experience in digital transformation, product management, technology enablement, consulting, or related disciplines.\n3+ years of experience leading AI, GenAI, machine learning, or enterprise AI adoption initiatives.\nProven success leading cross-functional transformation or change management programs and delivering measurable business outcomes.\nStrong understanding of LLMs, copilots, AI agents, RAG, MCP, skills, projects, artifacts, connectors, workflow automation, and responsible AI practices.\nExperience leading teams or consulting organizations while managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.\nAbility to assess business workflows, identify AI opportunities, and translate them into scalable solutions with clear ownership and success measures.\nExceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment in highly matrixed environments.\nDemonstrated success navigating ambiguity, managing organizational complexity, and driving initiatives from strategy through adoption.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience designing enterprise learning programs, champion networks, consulting services, or citizen-builder enablement models.\nHands-on experience with platforms such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar enterprise AI solutions.\nFinancial services, lending, credit, or other regulated industry experience.\nExperience with adoption analytics, workflow experimentation, and benefits realization methodologies.\nExperience building or scaling transformation programs, workforce modernization initiatives, or enterprise adoption capabilities within fintech, digital, or rapidly evolving organizations.\nLocation:\nThis role is Hybrid. You should be located within a commutable distance of our office in New York City, NY, with expectations of being in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.\nSalary:\nTarget base salary range for New York, NY is $180-$230k, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience.
