We are looking for

Launch Engineer

at one of our locations inChina, Taicang

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative(automotive) environment:

• Develop, manage and coordinate launch resources, budgets and quotation.

• Creation of project plans covering resources, work items and milestones.

• Manage launch timelines and develop rate of climb plans

• Solve the problems in the process and work instruction;

• Production efficiency and Constantly improve the process;

• Develop manufacturing and assembling processes, machines, tools to finish the new product process setup including Pflow, PFMEA and WI

• Provide training for operators;

• Direct operators to set the process parameters and operate the machine;

• Coordinate for analysis of quality issues and take action for quality improvement;

• Control project costs and meet the budget, Cost reduction;

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or engineering;

• At least 3 years working experience in automotive component industry;

• Good at English both oral and writing;

• Good PC office skills, CAD plus;

• Familiar with requirement of IATF16949;

• Familiar with AIAG tools(APQP/SPC/MSA/FEMEA/PPAP);
