We are looking for
Process engineer
at our locations inMionica, Serbia.
Your tasks:

Production process planning;
Entering and maintaining process-related data in databases;
Designing production layouts and planning production flow, machine and equipment allocation to achieve maximum production efficiency;
Ensuring compliance of production processes with relevant quality standards;
Analyzing production workflows and manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement and efficiency enhancement;
Optimizing work processes and identifying cost-saving opportunities (Continuous Improvement / KVP);
Responsible for preliminary and final machine acceptance from suppliers, machine commissioning, and approval of machines and equipment for serial production;
Coordinating the utilization of production resources;
Ensuring compliance with 5S principles;
Responsible for and/or participating in the development of industrialization plans;
Preparing production documentation (machine acceptance from suppliers, commissioning, equipment approval for serial production, etc.);
Defining and testing machine process parameters to achieve results in accordance with specified standards;
Managing improvement project plans for existing production processes;
Communicating with machine and equipment suppliers as well as their field technical support teams;
Responsible for the efficiency of production processes;
Defining preventive maintenance plans for machines and transferring them to the Maintenance Department for implementation;
Conducting training sessions for new production processes.
Requirements
Previous experience working with HV (High Voltage) cables is considered an advantage;
Mandatory English language proficiency, at least intermediate level (B1), both written and spoken;
Advanced computer skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
Education: minimum Level VI degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field;
Previous experience in a similar position is preferred;
Experience in the automotive industry is considered an advantage;
Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA standards is preferred.
