Step into a culture where inclusivity is the foundation, where your ideas are trusted and supported, your passions are nurtured, and the spirit of collaboration is encouraged.\nWe move fast, think differently, and empower our people to deliver breakthrough solutions.\nWe are looking for\nProject Controller (m/f/d)\nat our locations in EMEA region - Germany (Reutlingen), Hungary (Budaörs)\nYour tasks:\nYou will play a key roll in the development and implementation of our new Global Project Controlling concept\n\nBusiness Partner to the Project-Teams, Interface to Functional Heads and Technical supervision to the Project Controller.\n\nSupport to develop, implement and improve Project Controlling Governance (Processes, Systems, Reports) in the Regions and Plants.\n\nInterface to Global Controlling to improve and mature processes. Further development of existing controlling instruments.\n\nCollaboration on monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.\n\nSupport of forecast and budget processes.\n\nSupport global customizing for all Financial Systems related to Project Controlling.\n\nPrepare and organize work instructions and project descriptions in necessary languages, give trainings on Project Controlling Processes, Concepts and System within the Regions and Plants.\n\nRequirements\nUniversity degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling or equivalent qualification\n\nRelevant professional experience in project controlling of an industrial company is desirable\n\nExperience in manufacturing environment (experience in automotive is an advantage)\n\nBusiness fluent English skills (German is an advantage)\n\nSoft skills: Great interest in business topics combined with strategic thinking. Strong analytical skills. Stability and assertiveness vis-à-vis top management. High self-motivation paired with strong communication skills including moderation and presentation skills\n\nTechnical knowledge: SAP FI / CO / PS (desirable). Microsoft 365. BI Tools (Qlik, PowerBI etc.).
