We are looking for

Senior Accountant Consolidation & Reporting (m/f/d)

at one of our locations in EMEA region - Germany (Reutlingen)

Your tasks:

• Support the preparation of group consolidation in accordance with HGB and IFRS, including monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements

• Perform monthly consolidation of income, expenses, and balances to ensure a consistent and reliable data basis across the group

• Contribute to internal reporting and prepare insightful ad-hoc analyses and management reports for decision-making purposes

• Compile, analyze, and interpret financial data for reporting

• Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and P&L positions as a basis for management decisions

• Analyze and resolve intercompany differences in close collaboration with group entities

• Lead and participate in projects to improve accounting processes, systems, and methodologies

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable qualification

• At least 2-5 years of professional experience in group accounting / consolidation

• Solid knowledge of accounting standards under HGB and IFRS

• Experience working with SAP and LucaNet is an advantage

• Experience in Manufacturing is mandatory (automotive is an advantage)

• Fluent in English, (both written and spoken) German knowledge is an advantage

• Strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented working style

• High affinity for numbers, together with initiative and a solution-driven approach

• Hands-on mentality, strong sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm for improving processes and systems
