Serving as a trusted business partner to Plant Management, the role ensures that local business objectives are aligned with the company's financial targets, strategic priorities, and global controlling standards.\nActing as the primary interface between plant leadership and the global Finance & Controlling organization, the Regional Cluster Controller translates operational performance into actionable financial insights and facilitates effective decision-making at all organizational levels.\nBy balancing operational proximity with a broader regional and global perspective, the Regional Cluster Controller drives accountability, promotes best-practice sharing across sites, and supports sustainable profitability, cash generation, and long-term business success.\nBusiness Partnership:\nProvide to the management the needed information to support the decisions and action plant.\n\nSuggestions to improve EBIT & financial performance.\n\nReport the financials results of the company to the managers an push & coordinate activities.\n\nParticipate in the development of strategic short and long range plans that cover company operations and financial performance and growth.\n\nResponsible for financial planning, procurement and investment of company funds.\n\nAnalyzes financial records to forecast future financial position and budget requirements.\n\nProcess, Systems and Governance implementation:\nInitiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to process and quality of controlling.\n\nImplement and manage and cost and financial planning system that meets the requirements of the company.\n\nPrepare and implement procedures and formats necessary for the area.\n\nEnforce adequate approval limits for expenses and purchases.\n\nUse/implement standardized reporting from global guidance.\n\nKPIs:\nEBIT and profitability performance including long term cashflow outlook of the assigned reporting cluster.\n\nForecast and budget accuracy.\n\nProductivity and cost improvement achievements.\n\nWorking capital and cash flow performance.\n\npush/coordinate improvement “activities” with impact on P&L or Cash\n\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in the automotive and/or manufacturing industry.\n\nStrong knowledge in SAP, Power BI (mentioned in the JD discussion), Microsoft Excel (advanced reporting, analysis, KPI calculations)\n\nBasic knowledge of the E-Mobility market is an advantage.\n\nBackground in automotive operations - preffered.\n\nExperience supporting business, finance, or operational processes in a production environment.\n\nProven track record of working with diverse international stakeholders.\n\nFamiliarity with lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices.\n\nStrong communication skills in English and in Spanish.\n\nOur offer:\nAttractive salary package\n\nFlexible working hours\n\nCorporate benefits program with many attractive offers\n\nFlat hierarchies and short decision-making processes\n\nAre you interested?\nWe are looking forward to receive your application.
