Equipment Lifecycle & Asset Management\nManage manufacturing equipment throughout its complete lifecycle, from specification and commissioning to upgrades and decommissioning\n\nDefine equipment requirements, technical standards, and asset management strategies\n\nSupport lifecycle cost optimization, asset utilization, upgrades and obsolescence management\n\n3. Equipment Reliability & Operational Excellence\nImprove equipment performance, reliability, and availability through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nSupport and/or lead root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions\n\nUtilize KPIs and methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and Reliability Engineering to enhance operational performance\n\n4. Capital Projects & Industrialization\nSupport and lead capital investment projects, including RFQ activities, supplier selection, equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and qualification\n\nParticipate in and lead FAT/SAT activities while ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and performance targets\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams and external suppliers throughout project execution\n\n5. Engineering Standards & Risk Management\nDevelop, implement, and maintain global equipment engineering standards, specifications, and best practices\n\nConduct equipment risk assessments and support FMEA activities\n\nEnsure compliance with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements\n\n6. Technology & Innovation Management\nMonitor emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance manufacturing capabilities\n\nEvaluate and implement innovative equipment, automation, and digitalization solutions\n\nContribute to the development of future technology roadmaps and manufacturing strategies\n\n7.
