Scope:\nCollaborate with Project Managers to understand project requirements, specifications, contractual obligations, and client expectations.\nCheck and analyse construction drawings, authority installations and construction activities to ensure ompliance with approved drawings, design requirements, project specifications, and industry standards.\nConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.\nIdentify, prepare, and highlight discrepancies in drawings and coordinate with consultants for clarification and specifications.\nCoordinate effectively with owners, architects, consultants, project managers subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.\nProvide technical support and practical solutions to resolve site, engineering, and construction-related issues.\nImplement and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures to ensure works meet industry standards and statutory regulations.\nConduct inspections and checks on construction materials to ensure compliance with project specifications.\nManage project resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.\nPrepare, update, and present project schedules using Microsoft Project to clients and stakeholders.\nImplement and enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements to maintain a safe working environment.\nConduct site safety inspections and follow up on corrective actions where necessary.\nPrepare and maintain project documentation, including daily site reports, progress reports, inspection records, material usage records, manpower allocation reports, equipment utilization records, and as-built drawings.\nMonitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and report project status and challenges to Management.\nAttend site meetings, coordination meetings, and project discussions with stakeholders.\nUndertake any other duties assigned by Management as required.\nJob Requirements\nDegree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering, or equivalent qualification.\nMinimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.\nGood knowledge of construction methods, materials, and construction processes.\nFamiliar with relevant building regulations, authority requirements, and safety standards.\nKnowledgeable in basic AutoCAD software.\nProficient in Microsoft Project and able to prepare and present project schedules to clients.\nPossession of WSQ safety-related certification or equivalent will be an advantage.\nPositive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to work.\nAble to handle construction projects independently and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.\nStrong communication, coordination, interpersonal, and written skills.\nGood analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAble to work effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.\nWilling to attend to site matters or emergency calls outside office hours when
