As a Compositor, you will play a crucial role by seamlessly integrating visual elements. You will work closely with our 2D supervisors, Leads and artists, and other members of One Of Us to ensure the highest quality balancing the technical and creative elements of each shot you work on.\nRequirements\nCreating visually stunning and photo-real visual effects for high-end Film and TV projects\nCollaborating with the Visual Effects Supervisor to evaluate the creative and technical approach to assigned shots\nIntegrating 2D, 3D and live action elements to high-end visual effects film standard\nTaking responsibility for own workload, time management and notes/feedback actions required by Supervisors\nBalancing the creative and technical aspects of each shot\nWorking with a good knowledge of colour space principles\nWhat we're looking for:\nAn excellent working knowledge of and production experience with Nuke\nA familiarity with stereo compositing and working with multiple render passes\nExcellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills\nA pro-active and collaborative work ethic\nA strong eye for detail, composition, colour and lighting\nThe ability to multitask, prioritise and problem solve\nAn understanding of colour space principles\nAbility to lead teams and carry out technical checks for other artists\nBenefits\n5 days carers leave per year \n2 paid volunteering days per calendar year \nHybrid working\nCompany pension and life insurance \nMedicash healthcare cash plan \nHours and location\nYour contracted hours are 40 hours per week with one hour a day for lunch.
