This role will be based out of Tulsa or Oklahoma City, OK.\nThis is an entry-level intern position focused on providing hands-on support and technical expertise to our Instrumentation and Electrical teams. As an I&E intern, you will assist with the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of instrumentation and electrical systems critical to our operations. This opportunity will provide you with valuable experience in the midstream energy industry, working in a fast-paced and innovative environment.\nWhat You Will Do:\nAssist with the installation, operation, and maintenance of instrumentation such as transmitters, transducers, fire and gas detectors, gas analyzers, and flow computers. \nMaintain ESD and safety interlock systems (SIS) with scheduled testing. \nSupport the maintenance and operation of analytical equipment, SCADA systems, remote terminal units, DCS, and PLC systems. \nMaintain and test operation technology (OT) networks and network equipment \nPerform preventative maintenance and analytical testing on compressors, engines, drivers, and auxiliary equipment. \nMaintain low and medium voltage electrical power circuits, switchgear, and power distribution systems. \nMaintain and prepare reports and records, including maintenance and repair logs, safety and environmental reports, mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, pressure readings, material orders, and loop sheets.\nWhat You Need:\nHigh school diploma required and must be at least 18 years old.\nCurrently enrolled in a relevant technical or related program preferred.\nStrong commitment to safety and environmental responsibility.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nBasic understanding of instrumentation and electrical principles is a plus.\nWillingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.\nWhy ONEOK?\nONEOK, Inc. is a leading midstream service provider in the energy sector, committed to delivering energy products and services vital to an advancing world.
