Employee focused.\nJOB SUMMARY\nJob Profile Summary\nPerforms advanced level of work related to nominations, confirmations, scheduling and month-end closing activities for ONEOK’s Crude Oil Gathering assets.\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities\nInitiate schedules for crude movements on pipelines to ensure nominations are filled each month.\n\nInteract with operations control center representatives, operators, customers, other internal teams and other external business partners concerning nominations, allocations, billing, imbalances, daily flow and/or operational schedules.\n\nCollaborate with other internal departments and stakeholders on analysis, review, development and implementation of future projects.\n\nDevelop, maintain and/or improve relationships with customers and other internal stakeholders.\n\nCalculate, prepare, review and analyze information or reports including but not limited to:\n\nAllocations\n\nNominations and confirmations\n\nFlow rates/capacity issues\n\nPower optimization initiatives\n\nMeasurement discrepancies\n\nStorage balances and customer inventory positions\n\nProduct quality initiatives\n\nConnecting carrier allocation statements\n\nPipeline allocations\n\nTickets\n\nEnd-of-month closing processes\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job-related knowledge or experience required.
