May supervise construction and operating maintenance.\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities\nSupervise, train, and direct employees in construction, maintenance, installation, and operation of measurement and regulation stations within a pipeline system including but not limited to (as specified by position):Leakage survey and repair\nRegulation/measurement\nChart changing\nPipeline, well, and meter testing\nNatural gas sampling/Chromatography\nPigging and gauging operations\nLocating/flagging lines\nSafety\nFlow computer installation/troubleshooting/programming\nFlow meter installation/troubleshooting\nAtmospheric Corrosion control\n\nDirect installation and operation of transmission/distribution facilities including but not limited to (as specified by position):Measurement/regulation settings and valves\nPipeline crossings/junctions\nPigging facilities and gas conditioning equipment\nOdorization facilities\nElectronic pressure recorders\n\nProvide information and assistance to producers, pumpers, contractors, governmental employees, customers, inspectors, employees, and others relative to company activities, policies, and procedures\nCoordinate and/or communicate with other departments, districts, and General Office management related to projects and operations\nCompile, prepare, and/or verify information including but not limited to:Status/activity reports\nMeter/regulator setting designs\nPipeline, well, and meter test results\nNatural gas sampling\nCustomer correspondence\nJob orders/completion reports\nGas accounting activities\n\nResponsibilities may include Department of Transportation (DOT) covered functions, including operations, maintenance, or emergency response on a pipeline.
