Your work will directly impact our product, marketing, and business operations by ensuring data is accessible, reliable, and actionable. You will:\nLead, mentor, and grow a team of analytics engineers responsible for building and maintaining robust data pipelines and analytical models\n\nPartner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Operations to deliver scalable data solutions and reporting\n\nEstablish and champion data best practices, governance, and quality standards across the organization\n\nDrive the design and optimization of our data analytics infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalability\n\nOversee analytics project prioritization, delivery, and stakeholder communication\n\nYou Bring\n7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or business intelligence, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role\n\nAdvanced expertise in SQL, Databricks, and dbt\n\nExperience architecting and scaling data transformation pipelines in a modern cloud environment\n\nStrong understanding of analytics best practices, including data modeling, testing, and documentation\n\nTrack record of collaborating with multiple stakeholders (product, engineering, marketing) to deliver data-driven business impact\n\nExperience leading and developing high-performance technical teams\n\nDrive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor\n\nTools We Use\nWe use Typescript front to back, with node and NestJS frameworks for server code and React Native for our iOS, Android, and Web clients. We run on a highly distributed cloud-native stack with Kubernetes and AWS, and scale and resiliency are at the heart of everything we build. We also embrace agentic development, so engineers have their choice of a variety of models and agent harnesses, including Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and more to fit their workflow.
