La ressource interviendra sur plus d'un dossier simultanément et sera appelée à contribuer en premier lieu aux projets DAAMM (Demande anticipée d'aide médicale à mourir) et IEVD (Interopérabilité, échange et valorisation des donnée).\nResponsabilités\nAssurer la gestion complète et l'atterrissage des projets (planification, exécution, suivi, contrôle et livraison);\nCoordonner les parties prenantes internes, externes et les fournisseurs;\nGérer des priorités concurrentes, des échéanciers serrés et des dossiers urgents;\nAssurer la progression des travaux dans un environnement à haute pression nécessitant un fort niveau de réactivité.\nActivités et livrables\nAssurer le suivi des principaux livrables de gestion de projet : échéancier, risques et mesures d'atténuation, points en suspens, statut hebdomadaire, budget, activités financières, essais et plan de mise en production;\nAnimer les diverses rencontres de projet;\nProduire les comptes rendus et les présentations destinées aux comités de gouvernance;\nMaintenir l'échéancier de projet à jour et assurer le suivi des actions;\nCollaborer avec les fournisseurs et les autres directions impliquées dans la réalisation des projets.\nQualifications\nMaîtrise avancée de la langue française parlée et écrite;\nDétenir un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (baccalauréat) dans le domaine des technologies de l’information, en administration des affaires, en gestion, ou dans un domaine connexe. L'équivalence du MIFI est requise pour tout diplôme situé à l'extérieur du Québec.\nPosséder au moins QUINZE (15) années d’expérience dans le domaine des technologies de l’information;\nPosséder au moins CINQ (5) années d’expérience acquises au cours des DIX (10) dernières années, à titre de chargé de projets senior en technologies de l’information;\nÊtre intervenu dans au moins TROIS (3) mandats de CINQ MILLE (5 000) jours/personne réalisés au cours des HUIT (8) dernières années, où il était nécessaire de composer avec des préoccupations de nature technologique et spécifique à plusieurs unités administratives d’une même organisation ou dans des organisations différentes, et ce, dans un contexte semblable à la VPTI;\nExcellentes aptitudes de communication en français (oral et écrit);\nExpérience sur des projets en milieu hospitalier et dans le réseau de la santé;\nExpérience pratique des méthodologies PMI/PMBOK.\nAtouts\nUn niveau senior dans la réalisation de mandats stratégiques, acquis dans un contexte comparable à la VPTI ou au sein d’une organisation d'envergure;\nConnaissance du domaine de la santé ;\nPosséder une expérience spécifique dans la gestion de projets Agile (Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, DAD ou SAFE) ou dans des approches hybrides (Agile + Waterfall) est un atout important;\nCertification PMI PMP et/ou PMI-ACP sera considéré comme un
