L'équivalence du MIFI est exigée pour tout diplôme obtenu à l'extérieur du Québec;\nPosséder CINQ (5) ans d'expérience en gestion ou coordination de projets ou d’initiatives en technologies de l’information;\nAvoir participé à au moins UN (1) projet d’envergure (≈ 1000 jours-personnes) dans le réseau de la santé et des services sociaux;\nExpérience pratique de cadres ou approches reconnus en gestion de projet, notamment ceux issus du PMI (PMBOK), avec ou sans certification;\nExpérience avec des approches et des cadres de gestion de projet reconnus (PMBOK/PMI, Agile, hybride);\nLe (la) candidat(e) doit être en mesure: planifier et animer les rencontres requises (animation mêlée, pointage, planification, revue, rétroaction, etc.), de faire appliquer les bonnes pratiques Agile Scrum à l'équipe, de suivre les différentes étapes de réalisation des histoires;\nLe (la) candidat(e) doit être en mesure: de proposer un contenu de livraison en respect des priorités, s'assurer du respect du calendrier de livraison, tenir à jour le fichier de version des livraisons, effectuer le suivi minutieux des étapes de livraison;\nCertification de Scrum Master;\nExpérience de livraison dans le cadre
