La personne contribuera à l’optimisation des processus RH, au maintien des solutions existantes et à la réalisation de projets de transformation RH.\nNous recherchons une personne orientée client, capable d'intervenir à la fois en support opérationnel et en projet, possédant une excellente compréhension des processus RH et capable d'agir comme référence fonctionnelle SAP RH.\nResponsabilités\nSupport applicatif\nAssurer le support de niveau 2 et 3 des solutions SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central et/ou SAP HCM;\n\nAnalyser, diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents fonctionnels;\n\nAssurer le traitement des demandes de service et des améliorations;\n\nAccompagner les utilisateurs RH et les équipes de soutien.\n\nProjets et évolutions\nParticiper aux ateliers de collecte et d'analyse des besoins;\n\nRédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles;\n\nConfigurer et paramétrer les modules SAP RH;\n\nParticiper aux activités de migration, de déploiement et d’hypercare;\n\nCollaborer avec les équipes techniques, intégration et sécurité.\n\nTests et qualité\nPréparer les scénarios de tests fonctionnels;\n\nRéaliser les tests unitaires et soutenir les tests d'acceptation utilisateur (UAT);\n\nAssurer la qualité des livrables et la conformité des processus RH.\n\nDocumentation et gouvernance\nProduire la documentation fonctionnelle et les procédures utilisateur;\n\nContribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus RH;\n\nParticiper aux comités de suivi et à la gestion des priorités.\n\nQualifications\nExpérience\nMinimum de 5 années d'expérience sur SAP RH;\n\nExpérience significative en SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central et/ou SAP HCM (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll ou modules connexes);\n\nExpérience en support applicatif, maintenance évolutive ou projets d'implantation;\n\nParticipation à au moins un projet complet d’implantation ou de transformation RH;\n\nBonne compréhension des processus RH : Administration du personnel, Structure organisationnelle, Gestion des mouvements d'employés, Recrutement et intégration, Gestion des absences et du temps, Paie (atout);\n\nConnaissance des intégrations entre SAP HCM, Employee Central et systèmes tiers;\n\nExpérience en configuration et en paramétrage des modules RH;\n\nExcellente capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes;\n\nBonnes aptitudes de communication avec les équipes RH et TI;\n\nAutonomie et sens du service client;\n\nCapacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément;\n\nExcellente communication en français et en anglais.
