This position requires sound judgment, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality support in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nWhat the Applications Support Senior Analyst Does Each Day:\nAnalyze business requirements and system processes to identify opportunities for application enhancements, process improvements, and increased operational efficiency as needed\nUser Administration of ERP, WMS, and other integrated systems as needed\nCoordinate with internal IT teams, software vendors, and managed service providers to troubleshoot and resolve application, functional, performance, and data processing issues\nIndependently investigate and resolve complex application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and design permanent solutions to recurring incidents in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors\nSupport application upgrades, patches, configuration changes, testing, and production deployments in accordance with established change-control and validation processes\nOwn the EDI platform and partner with development team and EDI service providers to support onboarding and configuration of ERP EDI connections\nMaintain, monitor, and troubleshoot software applications to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.\nMonitor software health, set up alerts, and run routine system checks\nRecord error logs, resolution steps, and maintain user guides or knowledge base articles\nOwn and manage the application support ticket queue, including prioritization, troubleshooting, escalation, communication with stakeholders, and timely resolution in accordance with established service expectations.\nBuild help desk reports to monitor and analyze support trends\nIdentify, recommend, and design opportunities to improve application reliability, usability, and supporting features of the ERP and other integrated systems\nDevelop and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, training materials, and system procedures\nTrain end users to operate existing and enhanced functionality within the systems\nOur most successful Applications Support Senior Analyst has / is:\nSense of urgency, accountability, and resourcefulness (e.g., work in changing environment)\nSelf-starter, motivated independent learner\nStrong communication skills: active listening, clear verbal and written communication, and ability to collaborate across all organizational levels\nProblem Solving: Understands how various issues affect each other and the outcome of projects; Improves upon existing approaches by seeking opportunities to creatively transform\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related productivity tools\nSelf-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities\nProficiency in cross functional collaboration, verbal and written communication, and creative problem-solving\nMinimum Requirements for this Role:\nLegally authorized to work in the job posting country\nBachelor's degree required in related discipline or equivalent work experience\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience supporting enterprise business applications, preferably ERP systems\nStrong proficiency in identifying and evaluating complex issues and providing system solutions\nExperience in managing multiple, concurrent tasks and working with various levels of management\nProficiency in cross functional collaboration, verbal and written communication, and creative problem-solving\nExperience working in a structured, quality environment with a strong emphasis on formal change control, testing, and documentation\nExperience working in a manufacturing environment\nAny of the Following Will Give You an Edge:\nPharmaceutical environment \nExperience in AWS and basic SQL database knowledge \nExperience with ERP and WMS systems.
