The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, builds systems from scratch, and operates as the connective layer across commercial, technical, product, and support teams.\nThis is a hybrid role location in Minneapolis, MN.\nWhat the Business Operations Project Manager does each day:\nOwn end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation, from sales handoff through Customer Success transition\nCapture customer goals, KPIs, and expectations and translate them into structured project plans\nBuild and manage onboarding plans with clear milestones, owners, timelines, and success criteria\nDrive consistent, scalable onboarding execution while adapting to customer-specific needs\nEnsure on-time, high-quality delivery through strong cross-functional accountability\nServe as program manager across multiple initiatives, with implementations as the core priority\nBuild and maintain detailed project plans and Gannt charts, including timelines, dependencies, and risks\nCoordinate across Sales, Product, Engineering, SMEs, Support, and Customer Success\nRun status updates, stakeholder communications, and execution reviews\nEnsure clarity on ownership, progress, and blockers\nProactively identify and resolve risks, gaps, and misalignment\nOversee technical implementations without hands-on execution through technical project plan with timeline\nCoordinate system setup, integrations, and technical readiness by bringing cross functional teams together through a defined plan\nAct as the central point of coordination and escalation across technical teams\nEnsure delivery aligns to scope, timelines, and success metrics\nCoordinate scheduling, milestones, and completion criteria\nEnsure full participation across customer stakeholders\nManage delivery through internal trainers and SMEs (no direct training)\nTrack training completion, readiness, and adoption\nEnsure customers are prepared for go-live and early success\nOur Most Successful Business Operations Project Manager has / is:\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining clarity and accountability\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to track and measure program performance and outcomes\nDemonstrated ability to build and implement processes, project frameworks, and operational structure\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments\nExcellent communication skills - both verbal and written - with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly\nStrong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels\nCustomer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve success\nMinimum Requirements for this Role:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Education or related field\n7+ years of experience in technical project management or software implementations\nStrong expertise in project planning and management tools (Gantt charts, timelines, dependencies)\nBackground working in early-stage or high-growth environments\nExperience establishing PMO, onboarding, or operational frameworks from scratch\nProven experience managing customer onboarding, implementations, or SaaS delivery programs\nExperience overseeing technical implementations (as a project/program manager, not hands-on)\nExperience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or data-driven platforms\n18+ years of age\nAble to successfully complete a drug and background check\nMust be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Quva is not able to sponsor applicants for work visas\nAny of the Following Will Give You an Edge:\nBackground in healthcare, IT or pharmacy operations preferred\nBenefits of Working at Quva:\nComprehensive health and wellness benefits including medical, dental and vision\n401k retirement program with company match\n22 paid days off plus 8 paid holidays per year\nNational, industry-leading high growth company with future career advancement opportunities\nAbout Quva:\nQuva provides industry-leading health-system pharmacy services and solutions, including 503B sterile injectable outsourcing services and AI-based data software solutions that help power the business of pharmacy.
