This is a set, consistent schedule with minimum overtime requirements and based on site in our Bloomsbury, NJ location. This is a safety sensitive position that may be subject to random drug testing, in accordance with applicable laws.\nWatch this videoto learn more\nWhat the ILP Technician Does Each Day:\nAssists preparation of inspection and packaging room materials supplies\nConducts labeling and the processing of production materials as required\nDaily/ Bi-Weekly/Monthly cleaning of room and equipment and fills out appropriate preventative maintenance forms and checklists in accordance with SOP’s\nConduct and complete line and room clearances as per established procedures\nCompletes necessary documents for accountability and traceability of products following Good Documentation Practices (GDPs); comply with cGMPs, and company ISO standards\nComplies with 503B guidelines; cGMPs, standard operating procedures and company policies\nPerforms equipment calibration checks and troubleshoots production equipment as needed\nCompletes documentation of activities in accordance with established procedures\nImmediately notifies production management of deviations to established processes or procedures\nAssists other areas as needed (cleaning; non-sterile filling; kitting and preparation operations, etc.)\nPrimary, secondary, and tertiary labeling of products\nSecondary and final packaging of product\nRequires visual inspection of product\nMaintains inspection ready environment and supports internal / external audits\nOur Most Successful ILP Technicians:\nPromotes active listening with team members; Contributes appropriately to conversations; Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with other departments within the organization and with people at all levels of the organization\nUnderstands how various issues affect each other and the outcome of projects; Improves upon existing approaches by seeking opportunities to creatively transform; mechanical aptitude a plus\nEffectively and productively engages with others and establishes trust, credibility, and confidence with others\nListens to internal customers, ensures commitments are met, sets appropriate internal customer expectations\nHas working knowledge of cGMPs and regulatory requirements as well as all applicable SOPs\nFollows policies and procedures; completes administrative tasks correctly and on time\nApproaches others in a tactful manner; reacts well under pressure; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; accepts responsibility for own actions; follows through on commitments\nHas strong attention to detail\nIs flexible and can adapt to support multiple production areas and shifts as needed\nMinimum Requirements for this Role:\nHigh school Diploma or GED from recognized institution or organization required\nWill be required to undergo a color perception exam and must be able to produce a passing test result\nWill be required to undergo a vision exam and must be able to produce 20/20 vision with or without correction\nAble to successfully complete a drug and background check\n18+ years of age\nMust be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Quva will not sponsor applicants for work visas\nAny of the Following Will Give You an Edge:\nPharmaceutical experience\nBenefits of Working at Quva:\nSet, full-time, consistent work schedule\nComprehensive health and wellness benefits including medical, dental and vision\n401k retirement program with company match\n17 paid days off plus 8 paid holidays per year\nOccasional weekend and overtime opportunities with advance notice\nNational, industry-leading high growth company with future career advancement opportunities\nThe base compensation for this role is estimated to be within the range described below.
