Electrical Engineer 전기 엔지니어 (과장급)

근무지:

• 여의도 JLL 본사

• 주 1회 이상 성남시 분당구에 위치한 고객사 오피스로 출장 포함

담당업무:

• Lead and manage electrical system design from concept through commissioning

• Oversee medium- and low-voltage power distribution systems, emergency power systems (UPS/Generator), and critical infrastructure

• Manage interface between building electrical systems and process equipment

• Prepare and review technical specifications, single-line diagrams (SLD), load calculations, and design documentation

• Perform electrical load calculations, short-circuit analysis, and protection coordination studies

• Review contractor submittals and respond to RFIs during construction phase

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design standards and electrical codes

• Participate in commissioning activities and validate system performance and reliability

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, NFPA, NEC, and applicable safety standards

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical engineers, architects, project managers, and client stakeholders

자격요건:

• 전기 시설 관리 경력 최소 5년 이상

• 전기 관련 자격증 소지자 우대

• 업무관련 영어 활용능력(Speaking & Writing) 가능자

• 운전면허 및 차량소지자 필수

• Clean room 공사 또는 유지보수 경력 우대 (필수 아님)

• CAD 가능자 우대(필수 아님)
