If you have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment then this position is for you.\nResponsibilities\nCustomer Success:\nYou will work as the driving force behind OneScreen’s Customer Success effort in the US, Canada, EU, MENA & SA region through customer onboarding, customer account management, and provide walkthroughs on how to use OneScreen Products.\n\nAs a knowledge hub for OneScreen's product range, you'll use your expertise to identify creative ways to meet customer expectations and achieve their use cases, ensuring that our products align with their needs.\n\nYou will strategize growth of OneScreen’s SaaS Products by working on customer acquisition and retention while working with Marketing teams to create content promoting OneScreen products and increase reach.\n\nProvide timely assistance to dealers and customers for software and hardware products through calls, emails and messages.\n\nClosely working with Sales teams to design solutions and check requirements.\n\nClosely working with Marketing teams to create content promoting OneScreen products and increase reach.\n\nProduct & Experience:\nYou'll use a data-driven approach to draw insights from market research and analyze customer experience, helping to ensure that our products meet customer needs and expectations.\n\nImplement improvements to features, design and user journey for new and existing products.\n\nDevelop and maintain user manuals, quick start guides, and other documentation to support customer onboarding and training.\n\nStrategise and manage projects involving end to end product deployments for large customer accounts.\n\nOperations:\nAutomate, spearhead and manage key operations involving RMA and RTV processes.\n\nManage inventory of products and spare parts at the OneScreen warehouse while working on dashboards and reports.\n\nEstablish relationships with OneScreen installers for repair and replacement of secondary warehouses.\n\nEnsure smooth operations at secondary warehouses while working with our partners.
