This role requires a hybrid skill set combining software engineering (TypeScript/JavaScript), API integration strategy, and the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) to create autonomous agents that drive operational efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\nWorkflow Architecture:\nDesign, develop, and maintain complex automation pipelines using n8n to streamline business processes across sales, customer support, and operations.\nAI Agent Deployment:\nEngineer production-grade AI agents. Implement sophisticated tool-calling logic and reasoning capabilities to automate multi-step tasks.\nSystem Integration:\nOrchestrate seamless data flow between AI systems and core enterprise platforms, including CRMs, SQL databases, and third-party APIs.\nPrompt Engineering & Optimization:\nDevelop and refine prompt strategies to ensure consistent, structured, and reliable outputs from LLMs.\nPerformance Engineering:\nMonitor workflow latency, reliability, and cost efficiency.\nCustom Development:\nWrite custom TypeScript/JavaScript code blocks within automation workflows to handle complex logic that exceeds native node capabilities.\n Essential Skills\nAutomation Platforms:\nExpert-level proficiency in n8n is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate experience building state-aware, looping, and complex workflows.\nProgramming:\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript, specifically in the context of API manipulation and data transformation.\nAI & LLMs:\nDemonstrated experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) via API.
