This role is a technical role and will require someone with some basic understanding of networking technologies. However, if you do not have the required experience but has an analytic mind, we will provide the necessary training for you to grow in our company.\nKey ResponsibilitiesPerform 24x7 security monitoring across multiple client environments using SIEM, EDR, NDR, cloud security and web protection platforms.\nTriage, analyse, and validate security alerts to distinguish false positives from genuine threats.\nInvestigate incidents involving malware, phishing, web attacks, account compromise, DDoS activity, and suspicious network behaviour.\nEscalate confirmed incidents to senior analysts or incident responders in accordance with established playbooks and SLAs.\nEnrich alerts with contextual information such as IP addresses, users, assets, timelines, and indicators of compromise.\nMaintain accurate incident documentation, investigation notes, and customer‑ready security reports.\nSupport managed security services (MSS) operations including shift handovers, ticket updates, and customer communications.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives including detection rule tuning, use‑case refinement, and threat intelligence sharing.\nAdhere to internal SOPs, security policies, and compliance requirements in a production SOC environment.\nRequirements\nCandidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.\nBasic system and network security fundamentals\nKnowledge of desktop, server, database, application and network principles for problem management, risk
