track QA KPIs, release quality metrics, defect trends, and automation effectiveness.\n Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting to the QA Director and leadership team.\n Ensure adherence to QA best practices, processes, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n Mentor QA leads and engineers, fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and innovation.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\n 14+ years of Quality Assurance experience, including 5+ years in QA leadership or management roles.\n Proven experience managing enterprise software releases and distributed QA teams.\n Strong background in test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.\n Experience with test management, defect tracking, and automation tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, Playwright, Selenium, API testing tools).\n Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.\n Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution across geographically distributed teams.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n Experience working with global teams across the USA and offshore locations.\n Exposure to cloud-based applications, mobile platforms, and security-focused products.\n Experience building quality metrics dashboards and driving quality transformation
