Duties include working closely with sales, presales and customer success teams on multiple accounts.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop new prospects while differentiating and upselling OneSpan value proposition.\nEnsure and maintain Customers satisfaction, primarily driven by value-add and business related relationships.\nTie OneSpan capabilities to customer challenges and apply the quantifiable value the customer will receive.\nEnsure Operation excellence by keeping SFDC always updated, guaranteeing business linearity and forecast accuracy.\nStrive to deliver consistently high performance and achieve sales target.\nMinimum Requirements:\n10+ years of overall experience in direct sales of SW products, including SaaS model, related to authentication and mobile security solutions within the assigned territory.\nEnd user selling experience (direct touch).\nExperience within the Japanese market, focusing on the financial sector and tier 1 banks.\nExcellent communication skills and a positive, client-centric attitude.\nAssertive and independent professional who can negotiate successfully with professional buyers.\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including presales and marketing, while maintaining a proactive and independent approach to achieving sales goals.\nCustomer and service oriented as well as highly independent.\nComfortable with a primarily office-based work arrangement.\nWillingness and flexibility to travel extensively (sometimes on short notice).\nNative Japanese speaker.
