In this exciting role, you will be supporting our customers, internal staff, and partners, guiding them through their implementations and ensuring a seamless post-implementation experience. You'll play a crucial part in empowering OneStream customers, partners, and internal teams by providing exceptional support and enablement.\nYour key responsibilities will include supporting and enhancing the OneStream administrator post go-live, delivering custom solution-based support, and offering expert consulting to both partners and internal teams. You will also be mentoring new peers, leading projects and being a role model to the rest of the consultants. We're looking for someone who can think on their feet, make quick, sound decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.\n\nThe successful candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on OneStream consulting and implementation experience, with strong functional expertise in Financial Close and Consolidations, including Application Control Manager (metadata management), and Reconciliation Manager (ARM) with Transaction Matching as part of OneStream Financial Close (OFC).\n\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities\nLead Application Reviews or Strategic Technical Projects.\nProvide the customer with post project go live support and consulting, tasks might include but are not limited to:Troubleshooting data discrepancies and analysis of consolidated data, customer issues, member formulas and business rules. \nBuilding reports, security models, custom dashboards, and custom event processes \nAssist during customer transition \nBuilding Integrations \n\nGathering of business requirements as necessary regarding application support requests. \nLead and empower application focused team members to apply knowledge of OneStream product and features to support the customer’s business. \nReview and approve Knowledge Base documentation, to further develop best practices. \nFocus on business level initiatives, engaging with customers and partners to drive application-focused success. \nSubmit reports of product issues on behalf of the customer and/or partner via defined processes. \nSupport testing of software enhancements and new functionality. \nAssist in User Application Testing (UAT) of future OneStream software releases and custom CSRC Solutions. \nTracking tasks accomplished, time spent, and milestones completed using defined tools. \nEffectively communicate throughout the lifecycle of an open case/issue with customer or partner. \nHelp build and test content for Trainings (lunch and learns, internal trainings, etc.), events and conferences.\nRequired Education and Experience\nDegree in a field such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, CIS, or equivalent work experience.\n2+ years of relevant experience (i.e. CPM, software implementations, development, financial/accounting systems).\nMinimum 24 months of OneStream Consulting experience.\nFunctional experience within Financial Close/Consolidation.\nPreferred Education and Experience\nMaster’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance or Information Technology.\nA professional accounting designation (e.g. CPA, CMA, CGA, CA), advanced degrees (MBA, MFA), and/or other professional designations or certifications (applicable to accounting/finance and information technology).\nExperience with VB.net or Visual Basic. Any object-oriented programming a plus.\nOneStream Certified Associate.\nExperience with Corporate/Enterprise performance management (CPM/EPM) software products including, but not limited to:OneStream\nSAP BPC (Outlooksoft), SAP BOFC (Cartesis)\nHFM (Hyperion Financial Management), FDM (Financial Data Quality Management), Upstream, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase\nIBM Cognos\nAnaplan\nOther CPM/EPM solutions\nCPM/EPM integrations\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nDemonstrate Consulting principles in daily work and follows processes consistently.\nLead application Reviews or Strategic Technical Projects.\nAbility to understand, analyze, and articulate common business processes and decisions to develop easy-to-use customer solutions.\nFinancial Skills (high-level understanding of financial concepts, intercompany eliminations, General Ledgers, debits, credits, etc.). \nAbility to troubleshoot without supervision. \nAbility to manage project deliverables and complete multiple tasks on time with specific requirements. \nAbility to effectively operate independently or in a team environment. \nOutstanding MS Office skills, specifically with Excel.\nStrong critical thinking and analytical background (consulting, banking, research). \nTechnical skills/background as it relates to software. \nOrganized. \nStrong decision-making skills. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. \nSelf-motivated, self-starter. \nExcellent analytical skills. \nAbility to think fast on their toes. \nAbility to evaluate pros and cons. \nPrioritization skills. \nComfortable communicating with all levels of management.\nTravel\nTravel Requirement: 5-10%\nWho We Are\nOneStream is how today’s Finance teams can go beyond just reporting on the past and Take Finance Further™ by steering the business to the future.
