The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting preventive and corrective maintenance and providing technical guidance to our client to ensure system reliability and performance.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nSet up and configure ELV systems (e.g., CCTV, Access Control, PA, and AV systems) in accordance with project requirements and specifications.\n\nConduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance of ELV systems at client sites.\n\nTroubleshoot and repair system issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.\n\nRespond to client service calls promptly and provide effective on-site technical support.\n\nGuide clients on the proper use and basic maintenance of ELV systems.\n\nMaintain accurate documentation of service activities, system configurations, and maintenance records.\n\nAssist in scheduling and coordinating maintenance jobs.\n\nEnsure all work is carried out in compliance with company safety policies and procedures.\n\nJob Requirements\nDiploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer, or IT), or a related technical field.\n\n1–3 years of relevant working experience in technical service, maintenance, system support, or installation.\n\nHands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, or supporting systems or equipment is a plus.\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nGood communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and customers.\n\nAble to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nSkills\nTeamwork, Preventive
