We greatly appreciate your attention to this.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nLead architecture, customization, and deployment of OneTick-based solutions for high-profile clients.\nDesign advanced ETL frameworks and oversee performance tuning.\nServe as technical advisor to clients, guiding integration strategy and best practices.\nMentor junior and mid-level engineers, reviewing code and solutions.\nCoordinate with product development to influence the roadmap based on client needs.\nTroubleshoot high-complexity issues across distributed, containerized systems.\nWork with onetick py - proprietary Python library built on top of our core product, timeseries database called onetick (syntax and principles similar to pandas and SQL).\nDrive the group of developers within the team and support leadership with the establishment of processes.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nExpert-level Python with 5+ years of experience and with a proven track record in large-scale ETL/pipeline development.\n3+ years’ experience in data engineering (including data mapping), ideally with financial markets or time-series data, is a significant plus.\nAWS, Kubernetes, and Airflow skills - significant plus.\nDeep understanding of distributed systems and performance optimization.\nExcellent client-facing skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.\nPrior team leadership experience strongly preferred.\nExperience with team processes, workload planning, and team management.\nExperience in collaboration with other teams and streamlining cross-team processes.\nWhat We Offer:\nFull-Time Permanent Employmentwith a flexible work arrangement \nCollaborative Work Environment:Work in a mid-sized company with a supportive culture where your contributions are valued.
