Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.\nJob Description\nAs a Mid/Senior Project Manager for OneTick Managed Services, you will be pivotal in overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring the seamless delivery of our managed services projects through onboarding, implementation, and maintenance phases. Collaborating closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners, you will be responsible for driving project success, meeting client expectations, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role requires exceptional project management expertise and commitment to delivering unparalleled client service.\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities\nManaging the onboarding, implementation, and maintenance stages for the Managed Services customers\nRegular review of customer support requests and following up on the progress of the requests\nEnsure project milestones are achieved and deliverables are completed on schedule\nRegular catch-up calls with the customers (accounts) assigned to you\nMaintaining accurate financial records by tracking monthly expenses, coordinating and verifying the billing approvals \nIdentifying new deal opportunities and informing the sales team about it\nFacilitating seamless communication and collaboration across internal teams \nActively involved in improving the customer experience \nRequired Qualifications\nFluent in English\nAttention to detail and quality orientation\nEager to learn new technologies (including industry-specific)\nExperience with Agile methodologies\nStrong communication skills, ability to explain complicated things in simple words\nExperience with Jira and Confluence is a plus\nKnowledge of financial markets is a plus\nAvailable to work in the evenings\nJob Benefits\nFlexible working hours\nHybrid workspace: ok to work both from home and the office\nReferral bonus program\nHealth insurance\nReimbursement program to enhance your skills (training, online courses, etc.)\nThe position will require a background check, signed NDA, signed contract, and signed GDPR processor passthrough agreement (since we act as a data processor under GDPR).
