Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets, aligned with organizational objectives.\nExecution: Lead project teams in executing project plans, ensuring milestones are achieved and deliverables are completed on schedule. Exercise decision-making autonomy as appropriate, with escalation management when additional support is needed.\nBudget & Financial Oversight\nBudget Management (if required by the contract type): Work within budgets set by Lead PMs, monitoring the works to ensure alignment with contract constraints. Mentor junior project managers, sharing insights on best practices and project management methodologies.\nProfessional Development: Engage with Senior and Lead PMs for mentorship, continuously developing expertise in managing complex regulatory financial technology projects.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nAd-hoc Tasks: Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager, contributing to departmental initiatives and organizational goals.\nTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE\n4+ years of experience in international IT projects, including end-to-end product implementation and custom development projects.\nExperience in back-end project implementation (front-end components are up to 10 % of all project tasks) and infrastructure-oriented projects\nExperience in project planning and budgeting\nKnowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall\nKnowledge of Jira and Confluence\nGood understanding of SDLC\nExcellent organizational skills, communication, and presentation skills\nSpeaks English fluently.\nBe ready to work with multiple projects at the same time\nFinTech background will be a plus.\nOUR PROJECTS TYPE:\n1.
